I’ve been a resident of Edinburgh since 1991. Initially based in Murrayfield but moved to Stockbridge, a vibrant area just to the north of Edinburgh’s city centre, a year later. With its elegant Georgian and Victorian terraced houses, the area is popular with young professionals. Stockeroos enjoy our eclectic mix of delis, speciality shops and thrift stores, and we regularly frequent the cafes, gastropubs and award-winning restaurants that line our high street.

The weekly Stockbridge Market is located in Kerr Street's Jubilee Garden on Sundays. Longtime locals, Edinburghers and city visitors browse the selection of jewellery, crafts and local food produce on offer there. Individuals, couples, families, and groups of friends can often be found strolling along the Water of Leith, around Inverleith Park, and or the Royal Botanic Gardens, with their impressive glasshouses.
